Exchange And Refund

7 Days Exchange Policy:

Exchange can be done if the following condition applied. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A customer has to notify us about the return by contacting us at info@mikaes.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please e-mail the following details:

Two Ways of Returning A Product Or Refund:

1. Return PickUp – Once a request for return e-mail is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request, and a courier service representative will visit you for the pickup within 1 to 2 days. The courier service representative will issue a courier slip with a tracking ID when the item is picked up. It is available for most pin codes.

Note: Return pickup GH₵50 will be deducted as a Shipping charges.

2. Self Return – If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area or if you choose to return the item yourself, you can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice within 5 days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Self Return:

Please remember that the customer is responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Once the item to be returned is shipped (handed over to the courier company), the customer should return the item you purchased, please E-mail it to info@mikaes.com the following shipping details:

Refund And Exchange Only:

MIKAES provide refund and exchange on any Products sold. Customers will receive store credit or refund for the entire amount of the returned item if they meet the terms and conditions set above.

The customer will have to accept all the charges for the return. The returned item will be accepted and refund if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by the customer.

About Replacement & Exchange Policy

There is a fix amount of shipment charges applicable based on region to region. Apart from our shipment charges there could be some duty fees and custom charges depending upon your country’s rules and regulations. Please note we do not guarantee about the custom and other duty fees levied by your country. Shipping outside Ghana GH₵200 per Shipping.

Delivery

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

Note: – (In the case we are unable to deliver the confirmed order as mentioned and the payment for such order has been made by you through your credit or debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order on the Website will be reversed back in your card account).
