MIKAES have put a lot of focus on making sure items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in a Minimum of 2-3 business days or a Maximum of 5-7 business days if the product is not ready from the date order is placed. Note: – In some cases, the product can also take 15-20 due to exceptional cases. Please ensure you provide a complete address with a phone number while placing your order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. MIKAES begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes Minimum 2-3 business days or Maximum takes 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Delivery is fee depends on location. Orders which are placed on a weekday are dispatched within Minimum 2 to 3 business days or Maximum 5 to 7 business days, orders which are placed on weekend and/or National Holidays are dispatched in 5 to 7 business days starting the next working day.
There is a fix amount of shipment charges applicable based on region to region. Apart from our shipment charges there could be some duty fees and custom charges depending upon your country’s rules and regulations. Please note we do not guarantee about the custom and other duty fees levied by your country. Shipping outside Ghana GH₵200 per Shipping.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.
